At Sunnyside Primary, we recognise the importance of physical and mental health.  Each term there is a focus which links to our core values of Strength, Perseverance and Aspiration.  During the Autumn Term we teach about the importance of 'The Mind'; this has a focus upon mental health and the way we learn.  It also teaches children about the zones of regulation.
