Complaints

We know that the vast majority of our pupils and parents are happy with what we do here at Sunnyside Primary Academy. Sometimes, though, things do go wrong, and we want to make sure that we deal with any complaints or concerns swiftly and sensibly.

Before escalating a complaint, we ask that the Academy is given the opportunity to resolve your concern directly, to ensure a prompt and effective response. The only exception to this is if your complaint relates to the Academy’s Principal, in which case different procedures apply.
